one of the highlights was buying a new cookbook.
i hope you're excited. i'll probably be cooking from it non-stop for the next 3 weeks :)

½ cup raw, whole almonds
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup sunflower seeds

but am SO GLAD I DID! the flavor was super subtle but amazing. do it.
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp fine salt
½ cup maple syrup
3 tbsp light agave or brown rice syrup
2 tbsp vegetable oil
½ cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped

directions

1. p
reheat oven to 350F
2. stir together oats, nuts, seeds, spices and salt in a large bowl.

3. combine the maple syrup, agave, and oil in a small bowl and then mix with dry ingredients.

4. spread the granola out on a non-stick sheet pan

or a regular sheet pan
covered with parchment paper and coated with a little vegetable oil.
