oh my word!
i just ate an entire bundle of kale,
and it tasted AMAZING.
and i'll let you in on my little secret :)
KALE CHIPS!

ingredients
1 bunch of kale, washed, center stem removed
2 tablespoons olive oil
sea salt

directions
1. preheat over to 300 degrees
2. tear kale into 1.5" pieces and place in large bowl.
toss with olive oil.
3. transfer to baking sheet covered in foil.
sprinkle generously with sea salt.
4. bake in a single layer for 20ish minutes or until kale is crisp.
(they should be super crisp, and sound like a potato chip crunch)
5. ENJOY!

This is like the 3rd blog I have read this on recently so I obviously must try it... is sea salt different from regular salt? By the way, I have your chicken and dumplings on my menu for this week:)
