great for a last minute 4th of july BBQ
great for a last minute 4th of july BBQ
serves 4
ingredients
4 chicken breasts
2 peaches, semi-firm, cut in half
4 tablespoons maple syrup
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon hot sauce (or more to your liking)
i thought 1 tablespoon was perfect
1/2 teaspoon sea salt and pepper
directions
`1. mix marinade ingredients together in a shallow baking dish.
place chicken and peaches the dish and marinade for up to 24 hours before grilling.
like most marinades - the longer the better.
2. grill, pan fry, or bake at 375 degrees approximately 10-15 minutes
or until chicken is cooked through.
we made ours on the BBQ and it was delicious.
