i loved testing out this new peanut butter cup cookies recipe from all recipes with a twist
(baking them in a mini-cupcake tin, instead of a baking sheet!)

ingredients
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
40 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups, unwrapped
(this is exactly one regular size bag of reeses pb cups!)
directions
1. pre-heat over to 375 degrees
2. unwrap the entire pack of peanut butter cups,
place them on a plate and put them in the freezer
3. sift together flour, salt and baking soda
4. cream together the butter, sugar, peanut butter and brown sugar until fluffy
5. beat in the egg, vanilla and milk
6. add the flour mixture, mix well
7. shape into 1" balls and place each into an ungreased mini cupcake pan
8. bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.
(note: the cookies won't look done, but they are!!! taken them out at 8 minutes. promise!) :)
9. Remove from oven and immediately press a mini peanut butter cup into each ball
10. cool and carefully use a knife to slide the cookies out of the pan
place on a cooling rack to finish cooling
