ingredients
1 grapefruit
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
pinch of cardamom for each half
pinch of cinnamon for each half
pinch of nutmeg for each half
directions
1. position oven rack 4 inches below broiler. preheat the oven to broil.
2. cut grapefruit in half and place halves in small baking dish.
drizzle with honey and vanilla. sprinkle with spices.
broil for 5 minutes.
